This page explains how the Kraft Lady Shop app for Android ("the app") handles your data. It adds to our main Privacy Policy, which covers our website and orders.
What the app collects
- Order details. At checkout you give us your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus your payment details. Checkout runs on Shopify; card and UPI details go straight to our payment partner Razorpay and are never stored in the app or by us.
- Photos and logos you upload. You can upload a photo or logo in the design tools (photo keychains, sketch and caricature keychains, medals). We use it only to create the design you asked for and to make your order. Uploaded files and the designs made from them are deleted automatically within 60 days. We don't use your photos for advertising, and we don't share them with anyone except the service that makes the drawing for your order.
- Things that stay on your phone. Your wishlist, gift reminders and notification choices are stored only on your phone and are never sent to us.
What the app does not do
- It has no ads.
- It doesn't track you across other apps or websites, and it doesn't use your advertising ID.
- It doesn't ask for your location or contacts. You choose any photo yourself.
Service providers
To run the shop we use Shopify (store, checkout and orders), Razorpay (payments), Google Cloud (making the designs) and OpenAI (turning your photo into a drawing, for design-tool orders only). They process your data only to provide these services to us.
Security
All data the app sends is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your personal data and any photos at any time: in the app (Account → Privacy & policies → Request data deletion), by email to support@kraftladyshop.com, or as explained on our Delete your data page. We reply within 7 days. We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices for tax purposes.
