This page explains how to ask Kraft Lady Shop to delete your personal data. It covers our website kraftladyshop.com and the Kraft Lady Shop Android app.
How to request deletion
- Send us a message by WhatsApp on +91 95662 45345 (in the app: Account → Privacy & policies → Request data deletion), or by email to support@kraftladyshop.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Tell us the email address or phone number you used when you ordered, and your order number if you have it.
- We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What we delete
- Your name, email, phone number and saved addresses
- Photos and logos you uploaded in our design tools, and the designs made from them
- Your messages with us, where the law allows
What we keep, and for how long
- Invoices and order records, which the tax law requires us to keep (up to 8 years). They are used only for accounts and tax.
- Uploaded photos are deleted automatically within 60 days even if you don't ask.
Data that stays on your phone (wishlist, gift reminders) is not stored by us. Uninstalling the app removes it.
