This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Returns & Refund Policy. This policy applies to every order you place with Kraft Lady Shop.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping charges
- Orders below ₹1,199: a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
- Orders of ₹1,199 and above: FREE shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pincodes in India.
- A COD convenience fee of ₹99 applies to all COD orders, to cover handling and cash collection.
- Prefer to skip the fee? Choose a Prepaid option (UPI, Card, Net Banking or Wallet) at checkout.
- Please keep the exact order amount ready in cash at the time of delivery.
- COD availability depends on your delivery pincode and may not be available for certain locations or high-value orders.
Order processing & dispatch
Most of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Processing times are:
- Ready-to-ship items: dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
- Personalised / made-to-order items: require 2–4 business days for crafting before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your pincode. All delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and may vary due to courier delays, your location, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send you a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp and/or email so you can follow your parcel to your doorstep. Our delivery partner may also contact you before delivery.
