How the personalisation works

1. Choose the number of figures and place your order. Cash on delivery, UPI and cards are accepted.
2. Our team messages you on WhatsApp to collect the names in order, the message for the frame, and a clear photo of each family member.
3. We design the miniature and send you a preview for approval before we make it.
4. We 3D print, hand paint and finish the piece, then dispatch it. Delivery takes about 7 to 10 days in total.

What to expect

Each figurine is a hand-painted caricature in our cute chibi style, not an exact replica. It captures the hairstyle, outfit, pose and expression from your photos at around 80 percent likeness. Every piece is made to order and finished by hand, so no two are ever exactly alike. The photos on this page show a family of three.

• Keep away from direct sunlight and high heat, as PLA can soften or fade

Can we include grandparents or more than five people?
Choose the five figure option and tell us on WhatsApp if you need more. We will confirm the layout and price before we make it.

Can we change the text on the frame?
Yes. The Home Sweet Home title, the family caption and the message line can all be changed to your own words. Leave the message field blank to keep the default.

Will it look exactly like us?
It is a stylised, hand-finished caricature at around 80 percent likeness, not a 3D scan. You approve the design before we make it.

What photos should I send?
One clear photo of each person with the face and hairstyle visible, plus a photo of the outfits you want on the figurines. A group photo works well for the frame.

Can I order it as a surprise?
Yes. Order now and send the photos and names later on WhatsApp. We will guide you on which photos work best.

How long does delivery take?
About 7 to 10 days: a design preview in 1 to 2 days, then 3 to 4 days to make and dispatch. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm before you pay.

Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across India, along with UPI and cards.

What if it arrives damaged?
If it is damaged in transit, we replace and reprint it free of charge. Just send us a photo.
