What is the NFC tap-to-play video?
A small NFC chip is built into the miniature. Your partner just taps their phone near the names and your video plays — a little hidden memory inside the gift.
Do I need an app or internet?
No app needed. An internet connection is required to load the video. We also include a backup QR code to the same video.
Which phones support the tap?
iPhone 7 and newer, and most Android phones from the last ~5 years (with NFC turned on). For older phones, just scan the included QR code.
Can I change the video later?
Yes — it’s re-editable. Swap in a new video any time for a new memory.
Will it look exactly like us?
A hand-finished stylised caricature at around 80% likeness, not a 3D scan. You approve the design before we make it.
How long does delivery take?
7–10 days overall — preview in 1–2 days, then handcrafted & dispatched in 3–4 days.
